2021 was another year of disruptions, uncertainty, and events that defied expectations – in the automotive industry and beyond. According to our December 2021 Consumer Survey, 91% of used car owners expect their OEM to contact them following a safety recall notice, but as 1% of the car parc turns over every month, finding and contacting the owners of these recalled vehicles can be extremely challenging.
