Join Foley & Lardner LLP’s automotive thought leaders and the SAA at the Detroit Athletic Club on March 21, 2023 for Foley’s 2023 Automotive EV Outlook discussion and reception focused on resiliency and other key issues in the electric vehicle supply chain. The event features a diverse panel of industry experts to analyze the opportunities and unique challenges suppliers face as they work to align with the industry transition to electrification. This includes financial concerns – capital financing, market outlook and government incentives, as well as operational concerns – intellectual property and commercial contracting.
Foley partners Ann Marie Uetz and Steve Hilfinger will host industry executives and professionals focused on electric vehicles. We are pleased to again present keynote speaker Steve Wybo, Automotive Practice Lead & Senior Managing Director for Riveron with decades of experience working with automotive suppliers. Steve will provide an overview of the automotive market and best practices for suppliers to thrive as the industry shifts toward electric vehicles. Foley’s multidisciplinary partners who lead in advising automotive suppliers – including Lynn Gandhi, Robert Okonowski and Nicholas Ellis – together with industry executives, will address the developing legal issues as the world shifts toward electrification. The program will be followed by a reception where the discussion will continue.
