Owner Engagement: The Foundation to Customer Connections
Consumer research by LexisNexis® Risk Solutions shows that most used vehicle owners who purchased from a private party or an independent dealer want to be informed about various service offerings. Interestingly, these buyers are highly likely to contact their automaker after receiving personalized communications, creating an opportunity for automakers to engage with them. After the Stout presentation, thought leaders from LexisNexis will present their findings to help you better understand the expectations of used vehicle owners, particularly regarding recalls and repair rates.
